About Us

With over 20 years' experience in manufacturing, I have worked with large corporations to small businesses.  In my high school years I worked for my Dad at Krueger Millwright Service.  I learned all aspects of steel fabrication including 3 types of welding.  I was involved in every aspect of building cranes and other equipment from drilling holes in base plates to installation out in the field.  I continued to work for Dad through college and worked other jobs when business was slow.  Unfortunately Dad was closing the doors when I graduated.  I went on to work for large corporations in food manufacturing, machining, and the automotive and aerospace industries for the next 18 years.  

With about half of my time in operations management and half in maintenance management, lean manufacturing has always been a key fundamental.  From an hourly cadence interacting with each team member on a packaging room floor as a team leader to standardizing daily management across multiple plants in a company and implementing reliability systems, success is achieved by putting processes in place and developing people.

My Dad has always been my mentor.  From welding and steel fabrication to leadership skills, I learned a lot from his 45 years' of experience early in my career.  We built overhead crane systems and other equipment in the shop and installed many of them in the field.  I got to see many manufacturing operations and have always been fascinated by them.  Manufacturing never gets boring to me.  It is dynamic and there are always improvements out there to be made.  That's where the fun of the job is and where my passion comes from.
